To make our staff even more effective, all staff, temporary and permanent, are enrolled on our in-house professional training programmes. These programmes include foundation and refresher courses and cover such areas as ‘greeting skills’, ‘overcoming objections’ and the all important ‘closing the sale’. Our courses are constantly updated to make sure that our team are ready to meet the challenges of the industry.
