Just thought you might like to know that one of your sales advisers working with us at Leadon Bank; Jean Barber, is about to appear in the August issue of Cotswold Life.

Our apartments at Leadon Bank are flying off the peg so we are very pleased with the way things are going. Barton is a little slower although we do have this health covenant on the land so prospective buyers are obliged to meet that criteria. I expect good progress though when our show home opens in October.

We have just won a contract to take over all the Devon County Council care homes and re-develop them. As part of the package over the next three years we are to build 300 extra care apartments in Devon so will be calling on your services again then.
