Chris Haley - Managing Director

Having started his career in estate agency in 1975, Chris trained as a negotiator and subsequent manager. He moved to America in 1979 where he was responsible for a region of 10 offices and 400 sales negotiators. With his experience he returned to the UK to become a Regional Managing Director for the Prudential in 1986 managing 150 offices.

Within the region he took overall responsibilities of all aspects of the business with special interest in new homes. In 1992 he acquired the present company and has a strong hands on approach to the business. He is often seen conducting training programmes and fosters a strong Team Spirit. He believes that the quality and effectiveness of sales consultants is all important.
