NEW SOUTHERN MANAGER APPOINTED

I am delighted to announce the appointment of Lorraine Kendrick to spearhead our growth in Wales and the South West.

Speaking of her appointment, Lorraine comments "I am impressed with the company’s passion for quality, training, service and people, and I am delighted to be part of a professional and experienced growing team". Managing Director Chris Haley adds "We’ve been looking for the right person to develop and expand our operations in the Southem region, and we are convinced that Lorraine has the drive, experience and professionalism to lead the way".

Lorraine started in New Homes in 1989 as a Sales Negotiator. Through her sales ability, energy and professionalism she moved on to Area Sales and Marketing Manager and ultimately Regional Sales and Marketing Director, for Crest Homes/Nicholson. She developed a highly successful and well respected sales team throughout South West England and South Wales. Latterly she was Sales Director for Westbury Homes in South Wales and then Redrow in the South West and Wales again made her mark with a strong and highly loyal sales team.

Lorraine is known for her caring and positive attitude, as well as her strong team building skills. She believes that everyone in the team has an important part to play and that good people should be encouraged and recognised. Her aim is to provide an honest, respected and quality service, based on her invaluable 20 years experience in the New Homes Industry. We are delighted she has made the decision to join us.
