Our clients are launching a new development in June and they are looking for a new sales advisor to join them. Our clients are committed to investing in and developing employees, delivering business excellence and adding value for their customers.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will use your negotiating and influencing skills to achieve sales whilst ensuring the effective, efficient and accurate processing of sales and contracts from reservation to exchange and completion. You will be required to contribute to a strong culture which strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and design excellence.
Your main responsibilities include; meeting with prospective and existing customers, guiding them through the specification of the property, assisting them through the purchasing process. You will be responsible for the excellent presentation of the development at all times along with providing high end customer service throughout the entire buying process.
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines is essential, as well as excellent listening skills, adapting your communication style to suit individuals. You will also have experience of Microsoft Office packages and be confident in your general IT abilities.
Weekend working and flexibility is a requirement. If you have the ability to work independently or as part of a team, are highly motivated and target-driven as well as meeting our essential criteria.
