Sales Executive – New Homes Sales


Salary c£20k plus commissions, bonus, pension scheme, expenses and generous holiday days

We are looking for New Homes Sales Executives to work on site and bring their passion and service skills to the company. Under the direction of The Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving New Homes Sales targets, whilst maximising revenues wherever possible, and positively contributing to the company’s growth.


·         Be the lead in the presentation of the development and plots

·         Positively promote company services

·         Deal effectively with existing & prospective purchasers

·         Proactively & swiftly follow up any leads received via email, telephone, Head Office & Rightmove.

·         Organising the maintenance, cleanliness and presentation of the Marketing Suite, Show Homes and landscaping

·         Conduct weekly checks to ensure all on & off-site signage is accurate

·         Have a full awareness of all New Build Competitors in the local area

·         Research the local area to acquire knowledge on all Amenities, Education, Retail Outlets & transport links.

·         Promote company services and financial support

·         Generate and maintain a positive working relationship with local Estate Agents to attract new leads

·         Highlight any issues with unsold units & present ideas

·         Maintain weekly contact with the purchaser, their IFA & Solicitor

·         Manage Home Tours, inspection and handling CML Cover Note


·         Ensure that Legal Completion Handovers are conducted
