We have a brilliant new opportunity for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join our clients team to work on their development in a village in North Wiltshire.
Sales Advisors are key to our clients business, they are the forefront of their new build development sites and are responsible for presenting their bespoke properties to potential buyers and meeting sales targets.
You must have at least 12 months experience working as a New Homes Sales Advisor, with a proven track record in the industry. You will be comfortable with making sales in a face to face environment as well as over the telephone and be looking for a new challenge with a reputable and successful business.
Achieve/Exceed forecast unit sales
Determines customer needs – meets, greets, qualify, demos and closes through clear questioning and active listening
Manage their development in a competent and proactive manner
Takes responsibility for all sales leads.
Follow-ups proactively and with conviction
Must be able to use Excel, Word and outlook packages with ease
Refer to mortgage referrals early in the process
Manage the development, to include external signage, show homes, sales area.
Progress sales diligently, ensuring customers are fully aware of the journey ahead.
