Roving Sales Advisor/Consultant/Negotiator

They are currently recruiting for Sales Advisors for developments in Birmingham, Derby and Leicester. The ideal candidates will possess:

Experience in New Home Sales

Be proficient in sales techniques and conversant with all legal terminology used in the home buying process.

A clear and effective communicator in both verbal and written communication.

A good understanding of lenders and the financial aspects of purchasing a home.

A UK Driving licence is essential.

Must be self-reliant and capable of using his / her initiative.

Be computer literate Must be well presented and professional.

Able to demonstrate flexibility and problem solving skills in the role.

Determination, and be diligent and focussed.

Have a friendly, optimistic and open attitude.

Must be articulate and possess good numeracy skills.
