Our client, a successful award winning new homes developer, is looking for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join their busy team based at their Birmingham Head Office.
The successful candidate will need to adaptable, able to change track immediately should something urgent arise, and flexible to deal with many different kinds of enquiries.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Diary management of senior management
Monitoring of website emails and site sales emails
Sales administration and filing
Contact builder, COINS and Help to Buy/IMS management
Preparation of all legal completion handover paperwork
Answering queries from sales staff and customers
Organising rotas and staffing
Creating Home Files
Sourcing new staff
Other tasks, as required, as appropriate to the function and seniority of the role
Read, understand and
Assisting with compliance of the Company Health and Safety Policy and the operating procedures for the Sales Department.
