Sales Manager

Our client is looking for the right candidate with previous FSM experience to join their team to manage developments in the North West Region.

Field Sales Manager duties:




  • Achieve sales targets in line with agreed budgets.

  • Manage all Sales team with a positive outlook.

  • Monitor and review the use of nominated Financial Advisor/Solicitors.

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of pre-site presentations and coordinate all actions required.

  • Full responsibility for the opening of any new sites.

  • Ensure that all sales areas are presented to the highest standard. 

  • Monitor and review Sales Negotiators weekly site sales checklist and assist where required. 

  • Ensure exchanges are achieved on time.

  • Provide support to Sales Executives to maximise revenue and minimise incentives on all developments.

  • Monitor and review build progress on each development to ensure a zero level of stock.

  • Agree advertising strategies and requirements for all developments in their area and monitor effectiveness.

  • Land appraisals for new developments

  • Provide monthly update on market research information as schemes progress include competitor analysis and 2nd hand market.

  • Proofread brochures and marketing material.

  • Commissions.

  • Rotas.

  • Experience and skills required for Field Sales Manager.

  • Previous experience in the house building sector.

  • IT skills including Microsoft packages.

  • Excellent communication, organisation and influencing skills.

  • Good at developing relationships.

  • Flexible - ability to work at all levels and at hands on level.

  • Ability to mentor and provide supportive leadership to others.

  • Confident, Self-motivated and Enthusiastic.

  • Ability to work both alone and as part of a team.
