All our temporary Sales Consultants go through a robust interview process with a Maitland Selwyn Manager. They are referenced checked and given a company handbook which sets the tone for our expectations as well as our clients. Each candidate will be mystery shopped during their time with us to ensure they are achieving the required standards that both you and Maitland Selwyn expect.
