Many new homes sales consultants are referred by a friend. Others instinctively know the property market is for them. We pride ourselves on having helped many hundreds of sales consultants enter the industry and receive what we believe to be the best training and support in the field.

Many developers only want people who are 'experienced'. Our training programme is designed is give you that experience. It is a comprehensive and focussed course that will equip you, initially, to go out on temporary assignments where you will be supported by mentoring, coaching and managerial back up. This in turn will give you the confidence and competence to take on temporary, part time or full time assignments in your own right.

Our training programme includes both course work and practical experience in understanding customer needs. It covers simple qualifying techniques along with skills centred around product demonstration, overcoming objections and closing the sale.

Remember that as a consultant you are not a glorified receptionist. You are there to sell. To support you in that, the course is designed to help you acquire technical product knowledge, master the use of sales incentives and schemes, and develop a thorough understanding of the whole house buying process. A comprehensive training pack is also provided as part of the course.

To be a successful sales consultant you will also need to be enthusiastic, personable and empathetic. The latter is particularly important, because for many people home sales and purchase often coincides with major life events or crises - such as bereavement, divorce or unemployment. This can make the home moving experience a traumatic time for them, and as a sales consultant you will need to be understanding and supportive.
