We have been taking the time to get under the skin of the Maitland Selwyn team members to find out what makes them tick ….. and what ticks them off! This time it’s the turn of our North West Regional Manager, Danielle Wynne.
1) How and why did you join Maitland Selwyn?
I called to see if there were any part-time new-build jobs going in the North-West. After sending my CV across and speaking to the Director, Maitland asked me if I would consider working for them …. I obviously said yes!
2) Tell us something about yourself that very few people know?
I am obsessed with history and evolution.
3) If you could meet any living person for dinner, who would it be and why?
No living person interests me. I would love to meet Queen Victoria. As well as ruling in one of my favourite eras, she seemed so misunderstood. It would definitely be a very strange but interesting dinner date.
4) What is your favourite drink (boozy or non-boozy)?
Anything elderflower flavour.
5) What’s the best bit of advice you have ever been given?
Work hard, stay humble.
6) If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be?
Malibu or Monaco.
7) What would your dream house be like?
Large, modern, detached with a swimming pool and sea views.
8) As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Dancer.
9) What was the first thing of significance you bought with your own money when you started work?
Car.
10) What’s your most-used emoji?
Crying laughing face.
11) What’s the first thing you would do/buy if you won the lottery.
Book a long exotic holiday.
