We have been taking the time to get under the skin of the Maitland Selwyn team members to find out what makes them tick ….. and what ticks them off! This time it’s the turn of our Senior Recruitment Coordinator, Sky Harris.
1) How and why did you join Maitland Selwyn?
I was keen to go into a market that I would enjoy working, then from the moment I came in I just loved the vibe and it felt like a happy place to be.
2) If you could meet any living person for dinner, who would it be and why?
Guenther Steiner – He is hilarious and just somebody I would love to go out drinking with.
3) What is your favourite drink (boozy or non-boozy)?
San Miguel
4) What’s the best bit of advice you have ever been given?
To live for the moment – you wouldn’t get remembered for the things you didn’t do.
5) If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be?
Vietnam – I love South East Asia, but Vietnam is my dream place to visit!
6) What would your dream house be like?
A large villa in a beautiful seaside location.
7) As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Well like most lads a footballer, but actually quite fancied being a fireman!
8) What’s your most-used emoji?
Laughing by far!
9) What’s the first thing you would do/buy if you won the lottery?
Probably work my notice (sorry :S), pack my bags and travel the whole world!
10) If you could have one “Super Power”, what would it be?
To fly – I would love to be able to cover more ground and see the world over weekends!
11) If you could quickly and easily learn a new skill, what would it be?
I would learn Italian – this is a goal for the next couple of years.
12) Finally, what 3 things would you take with you to a desert island?
Beer, Music and Margot Robbie.
